Your individual booking is received in person, by phone and e-mail. Collective booking shall be in written form that is confirmed in writing.
Terms of booking
The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival onward.
In the case of individual bookings, the hotel does not apply for deposit, the accommodation fee must be paid on the day of arrival. In case of longer staying instalment payment is possible.
In case of collective booking 50% advance payment shall be paid. The booking becomes valid at the time the advance payment is received by the hotel, and confirms the reservation.
Reservations are accepted by the hotel against a proforma invoice.
The deposit can be settled by cash (HUF, EUR), bank card, SZÉP card and transfer.
Please leave the rooms until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
For later check-out – by 2:00 p.m. – an extra charge applies. Late check-out is only possible after prior consultation with the hotel, depending on availability. For check-outs after 2:00 p.m., a fee of 6,000 HUF per person is payable.
Withdrawal 14 days prior to the arrival: free of charge.
Withdrawal 7 to 13 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the advance payment, i.e. 25% of the total booking price shall be due to the hotel.
Within 7 days prior to the arrival: i.e. by 2:00 p.m.: the full amount of advance payment i.e. 50% of the total booking price shall be due to the hotel.
In case of failure to arrive: the full amount of advance payment i.e. 50% of the total room booking price and 100 % amount of ordered meals shall be due to the hotel.
In case of a decrease in the number of the checked-in guests the amount of the penalty will be calculated on the basis of the difference between the actual number of the checked-in guests and the number of people indicated in the (hotel room) booking before the cancellation deadline for the penalty-free booking in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
